Finally

My finals went quite well....I am now ready to tackle 2 more classes of my remaining 14. Now that my finals are out the way, next week I will focus on 3 things.

1. My workout schedule
2. Administrative SOW
3.Catering Business

I have a couple orders this week and and need to get my creative juices flowing and try out this decorating kit my boss lady bought for me. I will also be looking for cake decorating classes. I know where some are such as AC Moore and Cake Love, but I want to price a few more places. I also need to do some revisions to my menu.

I will go to the gym everyday next week, my plan is to do 6 days next week....i'll keep you posted.

Finally, I have time to focus on administrative needs of my departments and provide my boss with ideas and suggestions. I can now move this to the top of my to do list....
