Today is was a cool hump day, not much to talk about. Work was good, got there a little later than I would've liked but it's okay, I got a good amount of work done.
Today was my 6 month check-up at the dentist and it went quite well, they said my grill keeps looking better. I use to didn't (yeah I said use to didn't) floss daily, now I do and my hygenist loves me so for it. Dr. Butler is pretty happy with me too. I love my dentist.
I worked out with my boss trainer today, he killed my arms, they feel like spaghetti right now and it takes effort to type this, i'm sure my arms will hurt like heck tomorrow. That it for now, i have no choice but to go now.
