I talked to so many people on the phone yesterday, I had a choice of blogging or going to sleep and I opted for going to sleep. I talked to my mom about my irritation of men replacing my name with the word "sexy". I don't know why that has gotten under my skin so bad lately, but there is nothing worse than getting an e-mail or text addressed "Hey sexy". I typically take care of the issue as soon as it arises by letting the guy know it annoys me to have my name or any other pet name replaced by sexy. I can take a compliment and don't mind when someone tells me i'm sexy, but sexy is not my name.
I have a big order coming up for Saturday I need to finish shopping for. I committed myself to going into DC after work today for drinks with the Neighborhood Networks crew but am having second thoughts. I'm really feeling like it may be in my best interest to focus on my catering job. If it's raining, i'll be heading to New Carrollton, not DC.
I am finding so many features of my Crackberry. I wish I would've held out for the Curve model but maybe I can swap them out, we'll see.
Okay, I just got put on Direct Monitoring which doesn't give me as much time to do misc. stuff. I gotta get my calls in. Be back later
